Case Study
The Czech Mint, one of the best-known makers of coins and medals in the Czech Republic, has been using Chillisign since 2025 to manage e-mail signatures and banners for its team in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and its sales office in Dubai.
Banners promoting investment gold and collector coins brought traceable orders worth roughly CZK 430,000 in 6 months.
And new colleagues no longer have to set up their signature by hand.

Mint employees send hundreds of e-mails every day to clients, partners and dealers. Each of them now carries a banner with the current offer, such as investment gold or a new coin issue. Marketing plans and rotates the campaigns centrally in Chillisign.
Every banner has UTM parameters, so the Mint can see in its e-shop analytics how many orders came in through the signature. In 6 months it was roughly CZK 430,000.
The best performer was the signature of the Dubai sales office, with a click-through rate of around 4.3%.

How to read the number: these are orders placed after clicking a banner. It does not claim nothing would have sold without the banner. But it shows how much business now flows through a channel that used to be completely invisible.
Every new employee used to have to generate the signature HTML and save it into Outlook by hand. At the Mint they jokingly called it the IQ test for newcomers. Today Chillisign is connected to Entra ID and the Outlook add-in: the details come from the company directory and the signature simply appears for the employee.

“For us, the signature isn’t just the end of an e-mail. We promote our current offer in it and we can see how many orders it has brought us. On top of that, new colleagues have it ready without setting anything up.”

Marketing, Czech Mint
The Czech Mint shows that an e-mail signature doesn’t have to be just a mandatory footer. When it is managed centrally and carries well-made banners, it becomes a channel that brings in orders without adding any extra work for employees. Except for marketing, of course, who sets the banner schedule.
